Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that's a wonderful tool for emotional healing, and the modality has been incredibly profound for our founder Lin.

 

Each session includes journaling exercises, an oracle card reading, visual meditation, breath work, distant Reiki, discussion/recommendations, and your choice of Reiki-charged aromatherapy perfume oil (value $45).
