Shipping & Returns

We ship all over the world Monday through Friday 9am-5pm ET (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Please see for our shipping policies and costs below.

Pink Moon is a small (but mighty!) business. We try to process our orders as quickly as possible – please do understand that we’re an all human team working with human hands ☺️ Our orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after placement. If you pre-ordered an item, your order may take longer to ship (up to 1-2 weeks).

If you ordered a gift, we can personalize and handwrite a note for your recipient. Simply make a note in the additional order notes section.

We partnered with EcoCart to make all orders carbon neutral (aka net zero)! EcoCart will eliminate, capture, or otherwise mitigate all of the carbon emissions created from making our products and shipping them to your door. If you select carbon-neutral shipping at checkout, you'll be charged a little bit extra (usually less than $2). This added costs goes towards making your order carbon neutral through carbon offsetting projects – i.e. projects that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions like protecting forests or building wind farms. Carbon offsets let you pay to reduce the global GHG total instead of making radical or impossible reductions of your own.

Our packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic-free, including the shipping label! Our notecards are also printed on recycled paper.


Within the US:

We ship via USPS and UPS (standard shipping), which takes 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Sometimes it may take up to 7 business days due to lack of staff at the carriers and the weather. We kindly ask that you be patient!

For orders under $100: $8.50 flat for standard shipping & handling fee

For orders over $100: free standard shipping! We use USPS or UPS, depending on whichever is more economical. 

Expedited (1-3 business days after placing order): $35 flat shipping & handling fee *ships on the day you ordered if order is made before 12pm ET (excluding holidays & weekends)

Next Day via UPS for any order: $60 flat shipping & handling fee *ships on the day you ordered if order is made before 12pm ET (excluding holidays & weekends)

Note: We do not ship to forwarding centers and warehouses unless your identity is confirmed and verified.  

*Outside of the US:

At this time, free shipping is not offered on international orders.

We currently offer shipping outside of the US via USPS First Class (*there may be a further delay for delivery via your local post office) and Priority Mail International, and UPS Worldwide. Shipping rates, options and transit times will vary based on the package weight and destination.

*Please note, our shipping charges do not include international custom and brokerage fees, duties and tax charges. These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier. If you have any questions about duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office to inquire further. Additionally, delays in delivery time can occur if the package is held up in customs, which unfortunately is beyond our control.


If your package is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date of your package. We will replace damaged products free of charge when you send photos with details and once an investigation or claim has been filed.

Please send us the following via email:
1. A photo of the damaged item
2. A photo of the outside of the box and any damages
3. A photo of the shipping label on the box
4. A photo of the inside of the box (preferably with the item inside)

Pink Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped from our HQ. If you feel that your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local shipping carrier. For international packages shipped by USPS First Class, you may enter the USPS tracking number in your local postal carrier’s website. Pink Moon cannot issue a refund for lost parcels if they are confirmed delivered with proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for the loss of items that occurs after delivery by the carrier to you, such as lobby or porch theft. If you are uncertain that your package will be safe, please request "signature required" in your order notes. We are also not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to addresses entered incorrectly. We kindly ask you to check the order confirmation email and make sure everything is entered correctly.

Gua Sha and Other Crystal or Stone Tools and Glass Bottle Products: Due to the inherent and natural qualities of crystal, other stones and glass, care must be taken when used as the tools are fragile and can break if dropped, or struck against a hard surface. Refunds, replacements, or discounts will not be issued for items that are broken by consumer misuse. Should an item arrive broken, please notify us as soon as possible with photos and details so that we may submit a claim with our shipping carrier. 


We strive to keep you happy! If you are worried about a reaction, please patch test the product on the inside of your elbow for at least 24 hours. If you do have a reaction, please contact us directly with more details and photos.

If you would like to return your order: You must contact us within 7 days after delivery of your order. We issue credit for unopened products in original, sellable condition – purchased directly through This is because we are a small business, and our products are meticulously made in small batches. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging as it was received in. No full refunds will be granted and no exchanges; shipping charges are non-refundable. Our standard return fee is $8 which includes shipping and restocking. 

To start a return, email us with a detailed note and order number at galaxy[at] within 7 days after delivery of your order for return authorization, and we'll send you shipping instructions. We'll issue credit, less the return and original shipping fees ($8 + $8.50)
, for the unused products once we receive them from you.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. If we receive the product(s) back damaged - we cannot refund you. The item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse in perfect sellable condition. Thus, we strongly recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Due to the purity of the ingredients and small-batch product formulas, there may be a slight variation between batches of products.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order BEFORE we have sent the order, you must email us ASAP. If your order has not been sent, we will cancel your shipment. If your package has already shipped, our return policy as noted above applies.
