How to Experience

Prior to each scheduled session, Lin will provide you with a journaling prompt to help guide your session’s goals.

Each session will include an oracle card reading, visual meditation, breath work, distant Reiki. Sessions will conclude with a discussion about the experience and Lin will suggest recommendations to optimize wellbeing after the session.
