The Constellation Club is our loyalty program that lets you earn points ("stars") on purchases, social media actions, referrals, and newsletter sign-ups! You can use these stars towards discounts and other goodies such as birthday gifts.

When you make a Pink Moon account, you are automatically signed up for the Constellation Club! You can sign up for your Pink Moon account here.

Constellation Club has three tiers: New Moon, Quarter Moon, and Full Moon. You will be automatically added to one of the three tiers depending on how much you've spent in the Pink Moon store in the last year. Each tier grants you different levels of rewards such as early access to promotions, free access to virtual workshops, and ability to work with our CEO on product development!

Our Constellation Club is open to all customers who create an account on our website. Anyone with an account prior to the launch of Constellation Club is automatically enrolled.

Yes! We manually awarded stars to customers for their purchases since January 14th, 2022 (which is a year from when we launched Constellation Club!).

Yes, they expire 12 months from your most recent purchase date.

If you return a purchase or receive a refund, the stars you earned will automatically be removed. If you return the order partially (and you didn't use the voucher with said order), stars will be removed partially as well.
