Give yourself a scalp massage with the shampoo while in shower. Frequent scalp massage does wonders for releasing stress, stimulating hair growth, and activating acupressure points.
As a shampoo: Apply a desired amount to wet palms. Bring palms together and gently massage into a lather. Lather and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cool water.
As a body wash: Pour a small amount into hands and lather over body. Rinse well.
As a bubble bath: Pour a small amount into warm running water in a bathtub.
